Calming Rice Pillow

ingredients: Made with rice, dried lavender buds, lavender EO, cotton and/or linen fabric.

Outer Fabric cover can be removed for cleaning. Since it is cotton or linen, to prevent shrinking- handwash is best, and hang to dry. machine wash should be cool water and hang to dry.

benefits: helps soothe sore muscles, can be used as a heat or cool pack

use caution with the microwave: heat at 30 second intervals. usually 2- 30 second intervals is enough. place in the freezer for a few hours for a cool pack.
